So I am trying to order a new banjo bolt for the turbo coolant return. Unfortunately the bolt I ordered were for the turbo side and not the engine side.

Does anyone know the size, part number, or even a link to where I can order the correct bolt for this?

Youre a little off,

On the 2g turbo the banjo bolt on the block goes to the oil cooler, the turbo feed and return comes off of the water pump pipe

So you need the block banjo bolt.

Miller import parts (kannapolis auto parts) on face book parts out tons of dsms
Negative, you are actually a little off. The banjo bolt on the block is for the coolant for the turbo. The banjo bolt you need is m14x1.5. Should be able to find a generic one. The factory one is nothing special. I would order one offline and most likely will work. Just be sure it’s m14x1.5 and the head is not overly thick of you can’t find an oem one.

I really think mitsubishi changed alot of stuff on 98-99 models. My 99 has 2 nipples on the water pump pipe. My late 98 auto had no nipples on the water pump pipe.

Edit* my 99 is the same as the bottom schematic I listed, below are photos of my late 98 auto car that had the factory line from the block to the oil cooler.

That’s standard for all 2G turbo models: one nipple for oil cooler return and one for turbocharger return.

The oil cooler is fed from the thermostat housing. The turbocharger is fed from the block.

Edit: looks like someone swapped some lines around on yours. Because the block port is feeding the oil cooler.

This is not at all how mine is

I got my answer yall thanks @USMCGSX! The turbo feed line is an eyebolt in the block and then a banjo to the eyebolt. eyebolt part number is MD314114 and then the bajo is the M14x1.25. Thanks yall! and yeah they changed a bunch of shit on the 98-99 @chrysler kid cause mine looks like the other photo posted.
