So I'm in the process of putting my transfer case back together and trying to find the part numbers for the output shaft shims. I looked in the fsm and here on the forum can't find anything on it. Help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Asa will provide diagrams, part numbers and supercessions. All at your fingertips for every year and every model.

Thus may also have what you need.

Yeah that's the same manual I have. But I'll definitely look at the Asa later. I totally forgot about it honestly. Lol thanks for the help!

Here's my list. The majority are obsolete, but I can see what is remaining worldwide. I lost all of my shims in the shop fire, but I can still order what is remaining from Mitsubishi.

This will make your life easier.

@twicks69 thank man, I called mitsubishi today and I got all the sizes that I could besides 7 of them that was obsolete like you was saying. Have you been able to see if anything was savable?

I'm thinking between the sizes that I could get I can get this thing finished already. It's been sitting on my work bench with new bearings for weeks now. Lol

Oh trust me, there are a lot more than those not available when you actually start ordering. I had around $12,000 in OEM shim inventory. Everything is lost.

Yeah I'm sure of it, i was able to get 10 of them totall. But i was only looking for the ones above 1.40 since thats what was in it to start with. I know when I was rebuilding my transmission it was like pulling teeth to find the shims I needed. That experience alone made me be easier on the car. I couldn't imagine losing all of that. Plus everything else that was in the fire.

Not to sidetrack the post but, how are YOU doing these days? I know the shop, the cars, the parts and all that with insurance battles etc. But how is Tim coming along? Tools are useless until someone who knows what to do with them picks them up.
