Please forgive me up front for this is my 1st turbo/1G DSM build. Looking for an intercooler that won't delete my factory fog lights. Bought the CX racing kit but the intercooler was huge and deleted them with a lot of front end modifications. I see I have to relocate my coolant tank and removed power steering cooler loop to get pipes out to the front of the car. I will be running stock radiator, electric fans/fan shroud and am running a FP red turbo and FP manifold. I kept the cx racing piping kit/pov valve and will have to make some piping mods to intake to keep from running through stock cruise control cables. Is there an intercooler on the market that will work with the factory fog lights, stock oil cooler location, stock radiator and keep stock ac condenser coil? This will be a street car and am trying to keep as stock as possible with AC. Thanks in advance! I will work on my profile with all the goodies I have but shooting for 400hp on 93 and eventually 500 on E85.

There are a few articles about FMIC installs. HERE is one that keeps the coolers. I see fog lights in the photos as well. The main problem now is availability. While it’s certainly not the only option, that cx racing kit might be the only full/complete kit on the market right now.

I have the CXRacing kit and i have fog lights, you need to make minor modifications to the brackets. I have Stock condensor, stock oil cooler, aftermarket powersteering cooler. Working AC. Needed to modify the ac lines a bit for clearance.

Here is what the back of the crash beam will look like after cutting it out. I used a plasma cutter and it made pretty quick work of the sitution. There are several reinforcement bars that you can see have to be cut back also.
