So I'm wanting to buy another 93 eclipse but it won't go into gear i have replaced the master slave clutch and release bearing now the fork is staying fully pushed like its disengaged but won't let me shift into gear and can push fork back snd forth with my hand unless I press clutch then wont let me move it at all and if I try to start in gear it tries to pull its not making any sense to me plz any ideas to help would be great

Clutch is likely broken.

Cutch pressure plate fingers may have bent/broken off.

Below is a generic image showing bent fingers:

The fingers, when pressed with the throw out bearing using the clutch fork, will release the clutch friction disk allowing you to select a gear. If these fingers are not working, it's never going to release the clutch friction disk. This should only be the case when the engine is running, you should be able to select gears when the engine is off even with a broken clutch pressure plate.

Check the pivot ball for the clutch fork is intact too.

You'll have your answers when you remove the transmission, this seems the only option at this point.

I just installed new clutch even pulled trans again to make sure all was installed correctly
