Is there a front mount kit made specifically for the gsx (1998) that doesn’t require custom plumbing or atleast the piping kit to be used with a core

Much help thank you !Punishment Racing is the only vendor I know that still makes a complete kit. PR 2g FMIC Kit
If you need something that performs a bit better, I suggest getting a ETS 2g core and then contacting Archer Fab for the piping since it's a replica of the ETS kits piping that was discontinued.

Your the man brother thank youIt works with A/T cars, you'll just have to relocate the transmission cooler which would be the case with any short route FMIC kit unless you find an old Greddy or Hahn Race Craft kit where the hot charge pipe off the turbo enters the FMIC on the passenger side. You'll also have to relocate or purchase a different coolant overflow tank, which is the case on the 5 speed 2g as well, and be prepared to make a few other unexpected changes along the way depending on your specific setup.
My car used to be an A/T, here's a post I made about installing a short route kit where you can see the A/T cooler bracket is in the way. I believe most A/T guys relocate the cooler to the stock SMIC location.
