I have a 4g63t in a 92 eagle talon TSi awd, the turbo currently installed in the engine is blown, I do have a replacement hx35 turbo, I was wondering what all parts I’d need to make the transition between turbos?

You will need a hotside that bolts to a DSM flange manifold and mates to the HX35. They used to be made by Bullseye Power and stocked by one of our Vendors, but have been discontinued so you will need to source a used hotside to bolt it on the exhaust that you have. It would also require an oil feed from the OFH and a bigger drain made for a Holset so it can get rid of the oil you will be feeding it.

If you plan to bolt it to a stock manifold:

- Bullseye Power adaptive turbine housing which has now been out of production almost 3 years.
- o2 housing with external wastegate support
- external gate to fit said o2 housing
- an oil drain the size of a fire hose. Morrison Fabrication has been the go-to for the correct drain.
- 4AN feed line from the filter housing
- A 4" intake pipe of some sort...the FP intake works well if you're still planning to use a draw-thru 2G MAS.
