So this is my first post so go easy if I did something wrong but pretty much I got a new cylinder that’s been ported and polished and is +1 and I want to build it up before I put it in my car and I want to put hks 264/272 cams in it and I already have beehive springs, as far as parts go what else will I need as far as valves and what not

Valve seals and resurface and call it a day.
 
What does +1 mean?
It's difficult to tell you what to do when we don't know what you're trying to do. Is this a drag car? Autox car? Different driving styles will favor different things.
Who did the port and polish and do you have flow numbers for it?

Building a car requires some objective goals.

The guy said it needed +1 valves I didn’t know if that would effect the valve guides or not and as far as plans mostly just a project street car and so looking for parts that are strong and reliable and as far as who did it and all the numbers idk
 
Probably meant 1mm oversize valves but that is a "probably".
 
The valves should already be with the head if they prepped it for oversized valves. The fact that they are missing is concerning. Also, don’t use HKS cams - the value is not there and they are outdated. You can do better for cheaper.
