That isn't a 14b. Yes b. Looks to be a 16g variant. Pic will not tell us. Search for the number printed on the unit. Show us a pic of the tag and we can tell you if it's MHI or a Chinese knockoff
Thanks for the ID. They also ruined the O2 housing, welded it straight to the downpipe. Very weird build that one was.RVR Hyper Sports Gear-R stock turbo, which is basically an Evo III 16G with a downfiring cover.
They're very compact and flush because those bays are like a Galant VR4 where there isn't much clearance between the rad and engine. Too bad the actuator is missing and someone ruined the turbine housing with that custom weld job.
Wow, some people shouldn't own a welder. I'll probably toss the turbine housing too, but for $75, I think I made it out with a working cartridge at the very least.Pricks. Someone gave me a blown HX35 one time that had the Bullseye turbine housing welded directly to a shitty tubular manifold, and the manifold was cracked. I pretty much saved the compressor housing and threw the rest away.
Now that sounds like a handful!!! Im not sure if i should turn my girlfriend loose with anything that tough just yet!Your injector size will depend on what fuel you're running. My guess is that thing maxed out might make 450-500hp.

We are getting the ecu ready to send to ecmlink to get the eprom and stuff.If the car has ECMlink, you can always scale a larger injector down to work but you can't upscale them to make them bigger. I would probably run 1100-1200cc injectors. I have 1100's in a stock 14b GSX and they work great, just had to scale the size down in the global fuel section.
That’s a chinabay turbo man.I know I have a T28 in my 2g. That’s the only thing done to it and I can’t figure out what t28 it is. Can anyone help? Here’s the serial number TBO17050088
