I have been struggling to find this short need some advice on what to do. I have a short going to the junction box on fuse number 4. I have no ignition light and car will not start. Thing I have done almost have the dash half out. From diagram below disconnect connector b66 and fuse will blow disconnected b49 and put my short finder and has a short on pin 6 what should be my next step? I can’t get a good diagram of where pin 6 gose to the other side

Trace B49 pin 6 to see where it is shorted. I don’t have 2g schematics handy. See if you can find the next place down the line that pin has a connector and undo that. If the short remains you have isolated it. If not, keep isolating the wiring until you find it.

For some reason fuse will not blow anymore but when you put a new fues the light start to dim on dash until the light are completely off edit still blow as soon as I turn the key

B-49 pin 6 goes to fuse #4 (10A) which goes to B-66 pin 7 which is a 16AWG black/white wire going to the hazard warning switch on C-07 pin 7. The other side of the hazard warning switch (C-07 pin 5) is a 16AWG green/orange wire going (first through C-21 pin 15 and then) to the Turn signal and hazard flasher unit B-18 pins 9 and 10.

Coming back to this broke my diff at the track and been focus on that now back to this so I pretty much need b-49 wires to were it connector on the other. I know the hazards switch but no short is there it’s on connector b-49 all I have found is to front of vehicle?
