So after some thought I made my own guage holder for the a/c, heater switch area. I bought a clip board from Walmart (pvc) cheap. Carved it out to make a backing plate, glued it to back using panel bond adhesive. Filled in the front with autobody filler and sanded smooth. Marked and drilled the pilot holes. Then using a flat black carbon fiber decal cover the switch area. Ugh waiting on the 2 1/16 hole saw bit.

A big parts update will becoming this year for the build. Dogbox, Billet 300m tcase, built rear diff and others item from my whish list will be full filled.
im curious, have ever sat down a calculated how much $ u have in this car? not doggin. im absolutley amazed at this build. one of the most in depth ive ever seen.

Well thier are other buckets attached to like car shows , track days, cars and coffey, weekend runs and such. I think my turbo is a little to big for auto cross, but I will give it a try.

swap in a compressor wheel thats optimized for low end and i think u would b good for auto cross. full ball bearing would get u spooling faster(if thats not already the case). but honestly, if u just keep the rpm's up thru ur run u should b good. dont give the snail a chance to slow down and the lag should b minimal

The higher gearing of the ppg gearset along with with the dog engagement should help keep boost from falling off to fast between shifts when combined with a twin disc. And the rotating assembly is a 2.0 knifed edge ,aluminum longrod with coated pistons. No need for oil squiters they just slow things down LOL.

congrats but i think that ring on you looks a bit feminine!! need to man up those hands MR LOL

Getting the truck ready for some road trips. Last summer traded a 2500 and a R32 for a 1500 Denali. Changed out the front bumper to Chrome, 7 inch lift, 35 on 22 inch wheels, tow mirrors, A dash programmer,Flowmaster exhuast and S and B cold air intake. Waiting on some stuff to show up, tonue cover, rear weather tech, Head unit (full screen conversion) and a wireless phone charger. Later I want to add rear air bags, and change the gear ratio to 456. Reason I'm posting this, well I'm hualing a bunch of parts up to Tim Zimmer. A before and after.

Well after going back and forth with Tim on a drive line rebuild and upgrades a plan has been made and deposit initiated.
Trans. PPG gearset, Evo 3 front diff with weir plates, billet mid plate, 300m out put shaft, evo3 5th gear, magnus 1-2 shift fork, and 4 spider.

Tcase. Magnus billet front housing, boostin performance mid housing, and 300m conversion

Rear dif. Evo 3 rear center section with weir plates, billet caps, Ninga side plate, and for now a front line fab diff cover.

Clutch. I have been sitting on a race spec ,single disk 4 puck from South Bend. Changing out the friction disc to one that can handle what I'm making. Reusing the pressure plate and competition flywheel that are still new.
