Has any one shipped bumpers before I have a few and a couple guys need them on here. I don’t know the best route to take. I figured one of you have shipped one. And I would like to know who you used? and how you packaged it? Thanks guys

Last bumper that I bought was in the spring, it was brand new urethane and it cam folded up as in both ends folded to the middle, then it was just sent UPS wrapped in stretch wrap, I had to set it outside in the sunlight on both sides for an hour each, after that I still took a heatgun to it to get every little wrinkle out of it, otherwise if I didn't want it folded it was going to be shipped by truck shipment and was $100 shipping. My body kit came unfolded and it was delivered by a truck, they will ask if you have a dock for shipping and I just told them yes because I knew that I could just pull it out by hand, my hoods also came truck freight same thing, if you have it shipped to a business address vs a residential address its cheaper.

Wrap it with lots of cardboard and bubble wrap. That should do it. It shouldn't cost close to $700 to ship it though.

Just go to PirateShip.com. Its free. Enter the dimensions and weight and itll give you the best price (not retail). I use them to ship 99% of my ebay sales cause they are cheaper. You'll only find USPS/UPS on there. Purchase, print, and wrap it up yourself and drop it off at UPS. I just guessed on the weight but used your dimensions and did from me in central Tx to random address in Utah.

I bought a front bumper cover a couple months ago. It was was bubble wrapped while stright, plastic bag pulled over that, and a cardboard box over that. It was sent UPS and arrived undamaged although the box was pretty well trashed.

I shipped one via UPS wrapped in plastic. It went across the country for about $100. You have to go to a ups facility though, not a "UPS Store." I shipped 2 bumpers to new Zealand for about $1700, too.

Those people in New Zealand must have REALLY wanted those bumpers.
