Stock manual boost controller... one line to turbo, one line to wastegate? Non nipple port of bc open to dump excess? And does anyone know what this turbo is?

Tee your boost source to WG line and feed the 3rd line to the MBC. Then you can bleed off however much boost reference you want. I screenshot your turbo ID # but not sure where to look it up at. Physically it looks like a TD05 housing so a 14b or 16g unit from appearance.

I don’t think I took a picture of the boost controller. Was just curious how it went. I didn’t dive into at the time I posted that LOL

By Bleed off boost reference you mean? And should the main line come from intake to tee... then one to turbo, other to wastegate... I also have a bov that is running off the intake solo

Only thing I can find any thing close to it seems to be a cheap knockoff turbo

Your boost reference can come from the intake or from the Turbo, where ever there is "boost".
Here is a rather crude drawing for the MBC plumbing.

Yes it can be used this way on an extersl gate. I eneded up running a TIAL 38mm and ran 44lbs of boost with that little MBC. I had 22 lbs of wastegate spring to get tbere because you can only get about double the boost that your WG is set for.

Well, if its a 13g, you will be lucky to get 12-14. When it was stock, that's about what I could get. It was still enuf to take a 2010 SS Camaro in the 1/8th mile and backed it up too, in a second run. :)
Don't push that little thing too hard, its just a hair dryer. Enjoy the instant spool!
