BW EFR turbos won't even get covered under warranty for possible speed related failures unless you are using AND datalogging a turbo speed sensor.

Small update. The cars still on the trailer while I wait to finish the garage. Got a set of Pauls toe arms to replace the ones I made years ago. I plan on doing a nice refresh on the rear suspension so I might as well make it nice. The garage is almost done. Car should be going out for the cage by the end of next month. Selling my 17x8.5 RPF1s for a set of 18x9.5 RPF1’s. Just trying to fit a little more tire under the car for next season.

Garage is coming along well if you’re not following the garage thread. Hopefully will get the car in there this week.

Another task down. Getting close now.

Yesterday evening was fun….time to get to work.

Now the garage looks right. Gotta have a car in it.

Finally got the wheels off the car. Gave it a quick look and made my full list on the white board. I will get to work later in the week on the car.

Happy New Year! Got the turbo mocked up. Still need to clock it a bit. Also got the roll bar out and sold my old wheels. Making a little progress.

Turbo is in. Just have to run the water lines which is straightforward. Rear suspension is apart. Got some cool bits from Paul. Media blasted the uprights and lower control arms. Getting them ready for the POR15 treatment. Then have to make some metal repair in the rear wheel wells. The standard rot these cars get. Hopefully it goes out for the cage sooner than later.

Shops coming together pretty well. Gotta move some more stuff in….but getting there.

Updates. Left front subframe bolt is spinning, so I cut open the inside of the car and can see where the captive nut is. Just have to figure out a way to open it up and reweld that bolt into place. Changing over to Pauls solid subframe bushings. Also picked up some new to me RPF1’s, 18X9.5 +15 with a set of Hoosier A7’s (toast) and a set of scuffed in A052’s. Gonna be fun squeezing 275’s under the car. Absolutely in love with how it looks. Not much else going on right now.

How the hell were you able to fit those under the OEM fender? Looks great.

The bottom of the fender is spaced a bit. The rears are going to be much more involved

Got the rear subframe out last night. Time to install some Volk metal bushings. After I burn these out of course .

Good time to get it painted or powdercoated.

I’m going to go with Pauls subframe next season, so I’ll probably just clean this one up and give it a little rattle can action.

Makes sense. I bought the bushings and then decided I need the Volk subframe as well.

He knows I think . As for the Tab, i was definitely thinking about doing it.
