I just bought a 1997 gst and my first thought was to buy a battery so I could at least roll the windows up. I bought the battery and connected it and the car is receiving no electricity. I forgot to tighten the clamps at first and I figured that might be why. I forgot to take them off when I did it (like an idiot) and I got a little spark, which made me think I had gotten it to work, but still no power to anything in the car. I made sure the terminals looked clean and were connected and I checked the fuses. I'm gonna look again tomorrow, but I'm not sure what to check. Also I can't find a battery tray in the pile of parts that came with the car. Do any reputable websites sell oem trays?

did you check on both fuse boxes? interior and engine bay. Make sure there are no missing fuses/fusible links in addition to checking for blown ones.
Also check for connectors that are unplugged and that type of shit.

if you don't have them already,

The exterior fuse box does have some fuses missing, should I replace the missing ones or do you know the specific fuses I can do without?
