I need help plugging this port. I ordered cheap headers from eBay. Motor1 ss headers and it didn’t mention any specs for the port. My last resort will be filling it with JB weld. I’ve looked for a few female adpaters but can’t find the right size.

Figure out the thread pitch and throw a stainless steel cap nut on it.

That must be where you connect the oil injection for SmokeScreen. You might need special clearance to buy the right parts, but totally worth it.

That looks like it might just be pipe thread, take the header to your local hardware store and get a cap to fit it.

Weld it shut

looks like a pipe thread ...measure the inside diameter ..what ever that size is (1/2 ,3/8 ect ) get that size cap as that is how pipe fittings are sized ..use some kind of lubricant /thread sealer especially on stainless as it is prone to gauling (kinda friction welds itself) and makes it very difficult to remove

Is that nipple welded to the header or is it a "close nipple" threaded into a O2 sensor bung?

Sorry guys for the late reply, I’ll try to be a bit more active. JB weld filling was the end result, been doing pretty good. I had the toughest time at the hardware store trying to find a cap for some reason but I’ll be getting a welder soon and will just weld it if it ever were to “pop” out

It was supposed to come with a stainless steel cap nut. You could've reached out to the seller and made them send it to you.
