How do you know its not getting spark during this 30 seconds or cranking?

^^ Was my thought too. Could be fuel, could be timing, possibly. I would check everything to make sure all is secured. Check your fuel pressure, do a spark test. Maybe check compression while you're at it. Cover all the basic stuff first since that seems to be where problems start.

If the turbo timer is plug and play, remove it just to eliminate that as a potential cause. You can leave the wire that’s goes to the ebrake switch.

Possibly fuel pressure is not being maintained (for hours/days) after engine is turned off so takes that long to build it up again. Or compression is bad but after 30 seconds it builds up enough to start. I question that there is no spark in all cylinders (how does he know, is he guessing?) - it's pretty unlikely that spark suddenly appears after 30 seconds - I don't see how that could happen.
