I replaced my Turbo, waste gate and fuel pressure regulator now the car is idling at 2700 RPM's what do I do to fix it?
It isn't electrically possible for the car to idle at 2700 without something else being wrong. Start with the throttle cable
If you unhooked it you may have the bracket too tight and it isn't letting the throttle fully close. The cable needs a little slack.

Thanks I didn't know that that could be a huge possibility, I also read that it could be the Cruise control box. Is that correct?

Because if there is no warm coolant traveling through the throttle body, and its cold out the car will stay in cold start high idle mode, the colder it is the higher the idle will be, you might not have noticed it in the warmer months but you will when its cold out and the fast idle air valve is wide open.

It isn't possible to idle at 2700 with throttle closed. Ecu cuts at 1500. So either ecu doesn't know its closed ( you need to find out why or why not) or more likely throttle isn't actually closed. Go check the throttle cable and make sure your throttle is closed. Disconnect the cable if you have to and start it.

So news on the Creme Sickle thanks folks. It's something to do with the throttle cable either in the cable or in the Cruise control. So does anyone know a throttle cable I can use to delete the Cruise control?

Unless you bent something its probably just the bracket on the intake manifold misadjusted

Hey man I don’t know if I have the same problem as you but just in case how do I adjust the cruise control bolt?

The bolt is located on the left side cable, it takes a pair of pliers to hold the cable and a wrench to adjust the nuts one on the outside of the box, module, the other on the inside. Just like a bike brake cable, cable in to loosen and cable out to tighten.

What color is the cable also are we talking about the cables located in a black box next to the battery?

Thank you @steve .. Maybe you can write a book called " Mitsubishi For Dummies " .:hellyeah: just realized this would have no application on my part .. I have an 01 Spyder and it`s a completely different set up..Mine runs off vacuum.. When the book is ready I will take two copies .. One for me and the other for me ...:ohdamn::ohdamn::ohdamn:

Pretty much every DSM CC after the '90 model year was vacuum operated. You can see the actuator in the first page.
I've got 3G manuals but not online and not here in the mountains so I can't post them.
