ETA: unless I am mistaken and stock psi on waste gate is 14-15psi?
Greetings,
Having issues with boost control, car was recently fully rebuilt, old MBC was funked up so I picked up a turbo smart dual stage, and no matter what I do it's still hitting 15psi. Info i got was 9-11psi on stock wastegate for this turbo? And help would be appreciated, some info below. Thanks.

Manley forged crank
Turbo tuff rods
Manley stock size/comp pistons
All new bearings
Balance shaft deleted
Fadenza flywheel
CC stage 4 6 puck clutch and pressure plate
OEM TOB.
Head:
Crower SS valves, strings, retainers, and titanium tops
GSC 268/268 cams
New valves seals, rings, and gaskets, etc
Kingly HLA
