I'm planning on digging into a 2gb Talon swap for my '96 GSX this winter. I'm already anticipating all the bolts snapping, so I want to make up time where I can. Can anyone make an adapter with the appropriate connectors for a 2ga to 2gb fog light swap? I don't want to cut up my harness. I will upload pictures shortly. Sorry, I'm not too versed in electrical tech so if what I am asking for is not feasible, please let me know.

I’m sure someone has connectors for it. You’ll have to swap the connectors onto your harness. Learn to solder it’s inexpensive and real easy. They even have butt connectors with solder and heat shrink built into it.

Thanks for the link. I don't mind wrenching when I can, but electrical freaks me out haha. I've had to solder in the past (like 20 years ago) for some stereo installations. I was hoping for a plug and play solution to adapt my 2ga harness to a 2gb fog connector. That way if I ever revert back, just unplug and it's all set.

I dont cut up factory harness's myself, you can make a plug and play adapter, you just need the plugs for both fog lights is all, you might find them used or you might need to buy them new from a plug supplier.

I should have a set of 2gb plugs that I don’t need. I sent my fusebox harness out to be redone and I had to cut everything off. I kept all the wires and plugs from my original fusebox harness (2gb eclipse). So there is no going back for me.
I have to dig through my parts stash and pull them out.

So if you want to ever revert back just add some removable connectors that you can unplug where you spliced in the harness.

There are many different varieties but here’s an example:

@brads may have the connectors to make a proper harness. I use him for all of my plug and play projects.

The 2ga connector is a DSD 2 pin, The 2gb connector is a NMWP 2p. I do have them both in stock.
