I went to start my eclipse after it has been sitting. I, finally, got a turbo on it and has been sitting for a while but, I did charge up the battery. When I went to turn on the car, it got power and could hear the buzzing noises.

I turned the ignition and, it was slow to turn over at first but did and did not start as, it probably needed to prime the fuel system and, it is a race car and always have issues starting it when it is down for a while.

This time was different. It turned over several times and did not start but, on the 4th time, it lost all power and now, it does nothing. No noises, now power of any kind. I am not sure what to do. I did hear something in the passenger side knee area like a loud click. Any idea what may have blown? The fuses under that hood are all good. I am checking the ones under the driver's side but, I did not see any that would be associated with a total loss of power. It is a GSX model and, I have very little interior in the car since I was going to make it a drag car. There is no power going to the ignition at all. Turning the key does nothing. The battery is connected and is charged. This is a major issue and not just a blown fuse as all the high amp fuses under the hood are good. I even checked the 80 amp fuse and had a spare in case it was blown, in which, it was not. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Cliff

Also, I do not have any power to anything in the car. My battery is in the trunk and, I checked to see that the fuses, that are normally attached at the positive battery terminal, have power going to them and, they do. When I say that I do not have any power going to anything in the car, no lights, no parking lights, no gauges like afr or anything like that, nothing at all. When the car was turning over, I only let it turnover for about 3 seconds and then I let the battery rest for about 5 seconds. I heard a pop on the 4th try and, not 100 percent sure but, it sounded like it came from the passenger side area. Is there anything that could have blown there that has anything to do with the ignition? I will look at the ignition relay under the dash by the driver's knee in the morning but, I do not think that is the problem.

To sum up:

No power to:
lights, dash, seatbelt, ignition at the key as if you turn the key, it does nothing at all

Have power to:
fuses at battery and will check CPU again in the morning but, it did at the time this happened.

Maybe your ground cable from your battery to your body or to your engine block has corroded, pull it off and clean it up and put it back on. What happens if you put jumper cables on the car? one to the engine block and the other to the positive wire on the starter. Same goes for your positive cable, pull it on both sides and clean the connections, the pop cold just be the spark from the broken connection.
