UPDATE: The first crate of 32 has sold out in less than 24 hours. At this time we are not taking additional orders. We have the last crate of 19 coming in 11/12 of which, almost half are pre-sold. We'll update this an re-enable them on the website once they're in-hand and ready to ship.

We've purchased the remaining stock of Yoke Recall Kits that were available in the U.S..

Mitsubishi has had these on back-order status all year, and a we (and a couple of other businesses) squeezed them out of Mitsu as quickly as they brought them in. Then, about 2-3 months ago, Mitsubishi marked them as discontinued and cancelled all of the back orders.

A couple of weeks ago, we found some in the Mopar Inventory. Mopar gets these (and all of the other DSM parts) through Mitsubishi, so they are discontinued now as well. We purchased all of the remaining Mopar USA stock.

We don't have the ability to buy Mopar parts like we can with Mitsubishi, and Mopar dealer cost is higher, so they're not as cheap as we used to be able to sell them for--as we paid more. That said, the yoke kits are still cheaper to buy than an individual U-joint kit, so you can still buy three of these and replace all three u-joints for almost as cheap as buying two U-joints (which are on National Back Order as well).

These fit GVR4s, 1Gs, and 2Gs. All three cars use the same universal joints for all three spots on the driveshafts.

Supply is limited. Once these are gone, the Yoke Recall Kits are gone for good. Mitsubishi has no intentions of producing these again.

Some of our old-school customers have claimed a bunch of them already. If you want one, or three, you can buy them here: https://jnztuning.com/product/transfer-case-recall-kit-dsm/

We've added them back to the site temporarily, and will remove them again once these are gone.

We also have GVR4/1G/2G Carrier Bearings in stock which are also getting really hard to obtain at this point.

What do they plan to do if someone has a recall, they ARE covered for the life of the vehicle and there are cars out there that haven't had it done yet.

While this sucks, at least DSS stepped up and has a decent yoke for the stock tcase - have to go to a 3 or 3.5" driveshaft, but at least when these are gone there is still an option.

Also for guys that are running a welded center diff and trying to go fast, if you break a tcase,or even get a little too rowdy on the launch, good chance you will twist the yoke and bend the cross. I've trashed several in my carreer. So even if you have a fresh yoke, if you plan on gettin it, better get a spare. I'd think even 16g cars on slicks can twist em.

Thanks for trying to keep these cars alive Josh! Jnz has been killer in helping me get parts to get transmissions out the door.

Thanks to everyone! I need to remember to keep three for myself!

I've always wondered why any driveshaft shop couldn't make one from scratch. I had a front driveshaft for my Blazer fabbed by a shop that is local and it ran around $300.
Maybe someone in the know will chime in. I havent looked at the rear coupling any closer than bolting it up. The stock tubes are certainly small, I know, compaired to our Chevy cars, and I've twisted one of them too.

This kit also works for the AWD Summit/Expo/Colt Vista driveshafts as well. Used a few kits to rebuild one last year. Fit perfectly.
