Your gates are plumed correctly. Have you taken them apart and made sure the diaphragm isn't leaking? plumbed in that way the turbo should make all the boost it can, At least until other limiting factors start to come into play.

I have done all that. Here is a log. I turned down the duty cycle a little to see how it would react. I think its slightly better? Open to opinions.

Edit:
I checked out your log. Looks like you are seeing higher airflow numbers now, and your boost is pretty solid controlled. I see you got the WDC in order and it holds boost. Seems like you are all set now.

What airflow number should I be seeing? I would like to raise boost to 33-35 unless this turbo can handle more. My goal is to hit 600whp and i know that isn't achievable with this turbo. But what would be maxing this out? My motor is fully build, should handle 700 no problem.

Second issue, My hp and torque is way off if you look at the log. Is there a way to make that more accurate. I tried playing with the gear settings according to calans video but its so erratic I dont know what else to try.

you are FWD? I assume you are having traction issues? It wont estimate HP and TQ anywhere close while you dont have traction. Is that maybe your issue?

I am fwd. So maybe that's the issue even in a 4th gear where traction is good the numbers seem off. I'll see if I can get a log later and check. Good input. Thanks.

Car was little lean on that pull, Your almost out of injector. The lb/min looks correct for the boost it was at.

I turned up the duty cycle a little and didnt see much of a difference. I would like to see it hold 33psi thought the range. Encouraging early spool if possible and without spike. Still debating on swapping springs to something higher.

Also did a smoke test. Hooked up to the tail pipe. And I am seeing smoke at the following vbands, turbo, custom o2, and test pipe. Something that was made rather than having one large long down pipe. The smoke is coming from the vbands but not the remaining other vbands. Im not sure what effect that can have but I dont know how to solve it either. They are tight as can be.

Lean Adjust your SD table and you lb/min will be much better. Still dropping off in boost up top a little too. But i bet with SD table changes the car is really in the low 50lb/min range.

So I got tired of chasing this airflow number.

I went to the dyno and here is a log and results. So why is link lying for airflow, torque, and horsepower. Pulls were in 4th since I spun in 3rd.

You where very lean during that dyno pull.. If you where to adjust the SD table so it lines up the lb/min would have gone up greatly. Your target was 11.5 and car was at 12.5-12.7 during the pull.

That’s a pretty big difference between third and fourth gear for a/f. Little dangerous depending on what type of fuel you are running. I’m still not familiar with v3. Can you adjust fuel based on gear or load? All my tuning experience was V2 many many years ago and all we had back then were sliders.
