I recently purchased a 90 eagle talon tsi awd. The pcv was deleted but in cause and effect although adding a catch can the pressure in my cc is high enough to cause leak through the oil cap screw. Although replacing the oil cap with a different model that doesn't have the screw on top would leave me trapping cc pressure. So what would be my best layout for venting
 
You can put a oil cap that has a 10an fitting on it, in place of the stock oil cap then vent it to the can. You can also run the vent of the valve cover to the catch can.

I would also be concerned about excessive crankcase pressure just fyi.
You can vent from the block as @TK's9d2TSi pointed out too. You have a few options.
