Zero your deadtime. Watch your wideband, adjust it for the short term trims. Go negative if you have to. Do you have another log, I have link with me today.

Both my front o2 and wideband sensors went out at the same time, I have replaced the front, still waiting for the wideband to get here.
But the car wasn't starting when I put deadtime to 0,
I have just found my stock injectors (which I'm so glad I didn't throw away)
I'm going to put them in to confirm it 100%has to do with the new injectors, and sometimes else didn't break.
(But I'm leaving town for 2 days so I'll have to do that Sunday)

Quick update: I replaced the wideband sensor, turned the key and it would not start unless I hold the gas at partial throttle (41% in this case) but it barely stays alive and sounds terrible,
Next I switched the injectors back to stock and reset the dsmlink settings, now the car doesn't start, it will crank forever and start to catch the smallest amount, so that means the injectors aren't the problem, sometimes else major is wrong.

Sam, did you put your global fuel and deadtime back to stock settings and also have you been able to verify base timing at 5*?
The car SHOULD start and run if all is back to stock. Any way to post a log, even if it won't run? I bet one of us can see a problem if you can post one.
Marty

Yes I reset the fuel, I will go out and get a log of it cranking now.
I believe my battery is also bad, the car has to be hooked up to a jumper to crank.
Also found my 1 and 4 spark plug wires were switched, dont think that would makes a difference thought

Make sure you reset the direct access stuff back to factory also.

FWIW I had a set of 1450’s at one point in time that were simply junk. They flow tested fine at fic and everyone told me to just run the car rich to get it out of its non-linear flow area. I don’t use provided injector data from any source when I tune a car. I drop in injectors and find their settings that make all the airflow readings correct. You’d be surprised how many numbers floating around the web yield bad results. Anyway I tried everything known to man to make those injectors work and it just wasn’t happening. I’ve tuned TONS of different injectors and those were by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I replaced them with 2150’s on the exact same setup and had it dialed in an hour later.

I see "disable air smoothing with SD operation" is checked. Are you on speed density or a MAF.
I also see your MAF COMP settings are up and down. Take a picture of your settings there and then put them at zero and fiddle with it. If it doesn't help, put the values back in (even though they are jumpy). Also you don't have MAF CLAMP enabled, and since I don't run MAF's, I don't know if that will be of any help or not. I am not sure why you have "enable MinOCT maps as secondary maps" checked.
These are just things I see in your log today.
Marty

I am on a maf, so I should uncheck that box?
I need to reset the mafcomp to zero, thanks for catching that.
And the minoct is part of my failsafe with methonal injection.

Just checked a few things, all injectors are firing, all spark plugs have spark,
I pulled the plugs and they are completely black, also I can see the top of the pistons and they black and nasty looking, I'll be so glad when I put my new engine in, but I'd obviously like to fix this so I don't have the same problem when I go to start the new one, now if its longblock related, it will be fixed when I drop it in

I have been running low-z FIC 1800cc. Idle is excellent, it's with AEM EMS though. As much as I saw the log, I would doubt the wideband unit itself or its wiring first. It seems your wideband unit is sending only min or max voltage. It even jumps from 0 to 4.55v while the engine is running. It could be broken or some sort of malfunction.

Ok good point, I have just replaced the sensor, it's been replaced in the cranking log.
I believe I have some serious electrical problem, the battery is getting drained, the wideband is reading full lean, the front o2 is reading 0.4v and it's new.

Its fouling plugs so its over fueling.

Try to grab a fresh log to post, I can look at it again. With Global and Dt back to an original state and original injectors, it should fire right up.

Unfortunately that log is with global and dt back, and stock inj, I hadn't changed mafcomp in it, but it still doesn't start with mafcomp 0, its definitely overfueling, it's at around 50-70cc fuel flow while cranking, and when it ran, it idled at 20-25cc.
I'm about to compression test it, and I'm kinda hoping its completely lost compression, at least I would know why it wont start

This is the file you should load if you haven't already. (I assume you have tho)

FIXED!!! or at least, the car runs on stock injectors now, first off sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for all your help.
Why it didn't run on stock injectors before (and it still confuses me because I definitely switched the settings back) was because the settings I had changed, apparently did not change, I noticed mafcomp was still odd, and global was 69.1%
That also explains why you had told me to switch the settings back, you were right, I just thought I had, my bad man.

Glad to have a happy ending to the story and we are all glad to help out.
Another running DSM is always something to celebrate! Cheers!!! :) :thumb:
