So about a month ago i bought what I think was a pretty good deal. For $1,800 i got a 89k miles 420a 99 Eclipse GS with almost no rust. The car had two performance parts a OBX exhaust and a Injen cold air intake so the car is practically stock. Cosmetically it came with 18' Konig Rims, what i was told a carbon fiber spoiler(probably will replace with OEM spoiler) but most likely is fiberglass a Pioneer Amp and a sub that i do not know the brand of. Before buying I did know that the eclipse to have is the GS Spyder, GST or GSX due to the fact they all have the 4G63 or 4G63T. So please dont say sell it and get a 4G63. In my area it is next to impossible to find a 4G63 for a reasonable price that hasnt been heavily modified or that has a bunch of rust . In the pictures you can see the crappy paint job that the car had done it is in the proccess of getting redone as i type this. I have gotten the car checked out by the mechanic my whole family takes our cars too and he took a look at it and all he said that was bad were the motor mounts that i got replaced. At this point i know i want to turbo the car i have done some extensive research on here read some posts like these

ive also watched almost all the videos on turboing my 420A. i have considered either finding the parts needed for a turbo setup via the first thread by @GSGoinFast or taking a leap of faith and going with a ebay turbo kit(i know these can be hit or miss) along with other things like a FMU and a Walbro 255. I wouldn't do anything crazy max of 8lbs of boost but i have yet to find out how would i be able to get the car tuned or even if it would need one. so the tune is really the only thing that is keeping be back from doing it because I would not know how to do it or even how to get it started so I can pay for someone to tune it for me. any info or any leads would be greatly appreciated.
