They nullified that when they failed to declare the value and agree to relinquish their right to a shipping claim to FedEx so I could pursue one. Its cute that you think that just because they post something on their website that it is legally binding. Notice how the credit card company gives zero craps about their online terms? Because they are responsible to deliver the new, undamaged product, which is what I paid for. One must question why you are so salty over this? Pretty suspicious to me.

I hate stupidity and entitlement. Get over yourself bro. A dent in a spot that has ZERO effect on performance, and can't be seen when installed. Yet you took it to trashing someone on the forums? You are likely going to winge your way through life and get your way a lot. Its just because people dont want to deal with that cry baby shit. Its easier to give you what you want than listen to your crap. Enjoy your money, your free parts, and riding that high horse.

And I am salty because I hate your type. Be suspicious all you like, it means very little to ANYBODY.

You have serious mental issues and you need to seek professional help. You can't even differentiate between entitlement issues and getting what you pay for. I used my hard earned money to buy that, not yours, not anyone's but mine and that means I AM entitled to a new, undamaged product because that is what I agreed to pay for.

I am actually quite easy to transact with. If something is as described, I pay asking price with no issue. Feel free to ask the member I bought the car from, you can figure out who through the feedback system. Spare me your contrived outrage. If only you got as angry at the people burning the country down.

I assume you are qualified to suggest this diagnosis from the time you have spent with your head shrink? Treating your self-proclaimed mental disorder?

Yes I have serious mental issues, but none of them were brought up here today, :sneaky:

It is just very easy to spot an unstable person who has zero business to be so upset over something that affects them exactly not one bit. You don't like that? Leave my post. I'm getting what I paid for or my money back no matter how hard you pound your chest.

I really think you are failing to see the POINT many others have tried to make, YOU are the one that came on here pounding YOUR chest over how you feel that you were slighted.. Why not just let it go at that instead of coming to these forums and trashing a vendor that 95% of us would not buy from anyway as they got out of the DSM game a long time ago.. You had already "won", as you described it and your bank had already "agreed" with your claim why not take your ball and go home instead of coming on the forum and acting like and entitled, whiny asshole? Asking for a friend.. :aha:

I said I would follow up in my last post where I first asked for someone to contact me from VRSF so we could amicably resolve this. It seems many here are ignoring that I gave them over a month for us to come to a resolution. I fail to see how someone is acting entitled for getting a damaged product and wanting to exchange it for a non-damaged unit. The derogatory way in which the word entitled is used in common discussion these days does not apply here.

All I was trying to do was warn others so they didn't go through the same thing. Not everyone us fortunate enough to go 60 days with 330.00 tied up as a company provides terrible service if any at all.

Honestly no need to warn anybody anymore. They no longer carry DSM products. They've posted several times how they hate the dsm community.

I'll throw in my 2 cents. I haven't read all of the fighting, but this is very simple: If you are operating an online business you need to get your product to people in the condition it is advertised for at the agreed amount. Terms of service is worthless. It could say you agree to owe a million dollars to the company when you buy a product. None of that shit matters. What matters is that you get people your product in a reasonable state at a reasonable time. End of story. You can argue about whether the intercooler came in a reasonable state or not but I accept that the buyer wasn't happy and I understand. If he has to pay return shipping, he has now paid more for intercooler than he agreed to for something that was not his fault at all. If somebody was paid to redo your roof and one of the guys f***s up and falls through the ceiling you don't pass that cost onto the customer. You eat the cost as a business. You don't say hey Bill, you owe and extra $750 cause my guy fell through your roof. This is all very simple and is what all the best online retailers in the world do. Amazon isn't going to make me eat shipping on sending something back if they sent me a wrong/damaged product.

You can tell the customer service is shit at VRSF because it took 4 business days just to reply to an email and they got pissy because there was a chargeback. I guess they can blame Covid for the slow response, but I doubt these idiots made any changes to their practice considering it's Florida.

I saw them on the vendor list and figured if they paid to be a vendor they were still actively pursuing DSM business. If a post like mine existed I certainly would have avoided them to begin with and solve the whole problem before it began. Ultimately I only ever wanted a replacement unit. VRSF was asked by me multiple times through email and voice-mail to please contact FedEx because FedEx wouldn't proceed with the claim unless VRSF told them it was okay for me to handle it in their steed. They wouldn't even do that. I gave extra time to them due to Covid and nothing for 22 days.

There’s no sense in arguing over this. Historically we haven’t allowed posts like this in the forum but I realize deleting these types of threads can be taken the wrong way to some so I’ll leave it here to be seen but I’ll lock it since it doesn’t appear to be doing any good.
