I think at 130 we can say you probably didn't hurt anything too badly internally... I could be wrong here, so please chime in if you have conflicting experience. With all the fuel washing the oil off the rings, 130 seems pretty reasonable. did you try a wet compression test? just curious?
I didn't. I could if anyone really thought I should. I'll have to order a new fpr so car is gonna be down till that comes in at least.
I agree with @rabenne. All at 135 is okay for dry and lower compression or loose ptw forged slugs. The leakdown test would be reassuring of the headgasket, but otherwise the only concerns I'd have would be the main and rod bearings. I think your idea of running some cheap high detergent oil through it would be a good idea, along with checking for any glitter/bearing material right away after doing so. Might also check the starter and the flywheel teeth.
Will do. Thanks for all the advice guys I appreciate it.

Do you need a new FPR or just the diaphragm kit? I ordered one for mine for $23 shipped. Only mentioning this in case you didn't know they sold service kits for these...
I haven't ordered either yet. Was debating what to do. Kit for the aem is like 40 bucks. There was a gasket in mine when I took it apart. Idk what it was even for. I haven't seen a gasket in any I've looked at LOL probably just gonna order a diaphragm kit change oil and see how it idles. If good then I'll take it to the track and put it to the real test ha ha

I would drain the fluids. Oil, coolant into clean containers for inspection for cross contamination. Remove the oil pan get as much fuel particles out as possible and inspect the bearings for wash out.

What he met by a “wet” compression check is adding a little bit of oil to the cylinder to help it seal. There’s normally a little oil in there but when it gets hydro locked like that, it clears all the oil off the cylinders.

Just an update I'm guessing I didn't hurt anything. Went to the track after changing fluids and ran a pb. When these cars are built good and maintained they are strong. I've got almost 10k miles on this engine built over 5 years ago and it still runs great. This fwd was hurting some feelings
