So I purchased a 2g with a 6bolt, and from what I’ve read it’s not good to vent the bov. My setup is nice with a really nice bov, but it’s setup incorrectly as it’s vented. I have a 62mm bullseye turbo on it I plan on making as much power as the motor wants to make. So with that said what kinda intercooler pipe kits do you guys run with a recirculated bov?

Here is a pic of my current setup

For all I know the maf sensor could be setup for venting but as of now I’m gonna go with it’s not

Wouldn't be a problem, you have a GM MAF and your BOV is pre MAF.

Hmmm ok I looked on the maf before I posted this I swear but it didn’t have a gm stamp on it I apologize for that. Well I was thinking the bov setup was the cause of the car dying after a hard pull when the clutch is pushed In. Guess I’ll continue my research LOL

Yeah doesnt matter if it has a gm stamp or not. The maf is after the bov so it isnt going to be losing non metered air.

As far as the car dying after a hard pull check your tps, iac and biss screw adjustment. I also had problems with my car dying like that and I had everything adjusted properly turns out my front o2 sensor was causing it. The car was stuck in open loop and the richness nearly killed the car everytime.

I’m gonna put together a boost leak tester and try that. Also the car has a q45 tb on e85 I was told it was street tuned so that’s another thing I need to get cleaned up once I get some time I’m sure a proper tune would make a bit of a difference

Yes, in the RPM/TPS tab.

I’ll probably leave that up to The Guy who is gonna tune my car I don’t wanna make nothing worst LOL

actually I’m looking at it now and it seems pretty straight forward would I set the coasting fc offset to like 900 rpm? Or is it just different for each car?
