I'm excited to be heading to the track today. Take a guess on what my best eta will be. My 60' should be 1.7-1.8 and will be using nlts. I'm going to lean it out a bit more where I picked up some knock. I pulled on a challenger hellcat yesterday and they run low 11's so I'm a bit confused. I'd be stoked with 11.5.

I don't know, crappy owner, crappy car. maybe 12.2, wind-aided

:dsm:

:spam:You son of a biscuit eating bulldog . I hope your rattle can “professional” paint job comes out like crap OMGROFL

The car turned off again while driving to the track. I bypassed the rewire and didn’t stall again so I’ll have to see what’s going on there. This caused my afr’s to be lean everywhere. So between that and poor launches, my best time was 12.2 @ 120. Damn you @Vegas smith!! Lol. Total of 4 runs and the last two of course being the best runs, the time slip printer malfunctioned. Good news is my buddy has videos but when sent them to me, it’s blurry. I’ll grab them later when I bring the laptop to his place. It has 11’s and the best part of the night was my personal best trap speed of 120.

vegas was spot on with 100%of his comment LOL jk.12.2 isn't nothing to sneeze at, congrats on your trap speed. get'er figured out and get your 11!

He was spot on...only if it was a bit windier LOL.

For sure. I’ll get it next time out. 20* of timing but the 120mph was at 19* so that’ll be my kill tune.

For the record, I was the lone (correct) vote at over 11.5 because it takes a while to get a new setup down correctly. It takes a couple of outings to learn to drive it properly and probably a few more to make sure it puts down the power and so there are no issues with it. With that MPH, you'll be there soon.

You’re completely right. I was too stoked on being able to pull on a challenger hellcat that all my senses left my tiny brain. ROFL

Those are great times man!

Like mentioned above I think you’ll have your 11 second time slip with some more practice:hellyeah: I did terrible last year on a 71lb per/min dsm82, I literally drove better on my first trip 3 years prior on a 16g LOL, I didn’t practice launching enough before I went and made an ass of myself LOL, anyways the point is it takes your driving, tune and track conditions combined to get that perfect pass, I would be super stoked with those times! You’ve got an 11 for sure man just keep at it:rocks:

For the record, this thread is making me delay the switch from V1 68HTA to EFR until I can see what the 68 does on kill mode with a built motor. An 11.5 pass is absolutely ripping for a $800 turbo that you can bolt onto stock equipment.

Thanks, Jeremy! Once I get a couple of things figured out, she’ll be back at the strip and should rip 11’s all day. Haven’t installed your springs yet :ohdamn: so only taking her up to 7500 for now.

Damn is that all the faster you can shift? (Just messing with you)...my FWD would be still spinning wheels LOL

Haha My 1-2 shift can be faster. I’m using nlts and that’s the only shift that scares me.

For sure! That’s the reason I chose the 68. Joe Busci ran high 10’s with a built 2.4, e85 and slicks. No fmic and it had ac too OMG

Yeah My 1-2 needs improvement :ohdamn:
