Can these be glued in or do they still need to be bolted?

They are able to use the window glue like normal. Thats the main design point I wanted when i asked them and thats why the surround comes on it already so you can just glue it on

How do I get in on ordering a rear hatch glass? Does the hardened coating one still have a black ring around the perimeter? If so that's what I want
All versions come with the black coating as standard.

All you have to do is email them or call them if you wish to talk directly to them remembering we are ahead of you time wise! Email address is above or you can message them on their website

Bobby, what glue did you use and how much did you apply? This my first time doing one of these and I just want to to do correctly so it doesn’t get sucked off the back while at the track, haha

I have not done mine yet. I out it off till i have done all the welding as i got to weld inside the trunk so i opted to delay installing it yet,

The glue i got is some window specific glue (ebay as a kit) since i need to black strip the side windows i got made by them. From what i gather a good amount it needed and a strap to hold it down is a wise idea, i got 2 small ratched straps for clamping mine down fr when the time comes.

What i have also done and installed already is added some double sided foam thats 6mm thick! This means the surface is almost flush with the window so my idea here is to pump glue taller then the foam then press down till it sits on the foam.

If you look at the oem method they use some type of spacer also in different areas and is a velcro type spacer, i guess for ease of installing it

I've been checking around and 3M "Black Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive" seems to be what's often recommended along with some weather striping around the perimeter to give it an OEM look

I don't know about the weather stripping but I'm considering using some pop rivets in addition to glueing it in.

Thoughts?

I just ordered one. Contacted them on 4/15. They sent me an invoice on 4/17. Bank transfer on 4/17. They confirmed receiving the transfer on 4/21. Said it should ship week of 5/18.

I emailed them last Wednesday for a shipping quote and never heard back. Just curious if anyone else has recently been in contact with them?
Follow up with them. I dont know if they are doing half days or anything currently.

I shall call them tomorrow and see what is happening.

Cool thank you!!!
I appreciate that.
Just spoke to him, they are having issues with emails currently and dont know why, they said you can try from another email address incase its that. Something about their G mail is being a pain.

Or call them remembering the time zone differences. Facebook is also another way as thats still working for them.

Hope one way works out for you dude

I was able to get a hold up them. I just received an invoice so I'll just have to figure out how to send payment and be good to go.
