Guys, I'm very sorry I didn't ever see the replies to this thread and failed to update it! I ended up pulling my fuel pump assembly and got some pics to follow up. The Toyota seal completely fixed my issue! Yayy!

3a. Use Toyota/EVO O-ring/Seal; Toyota Part#: 23239-21010 or Mitsu Part#: MR431121
3a1. Only this seal will be used on nipple in the green circle when installing back into the housing?
So I just read another thread stating that the seal needs to be kept in place with something or it'll blow out under high pressure. I actually ended up using a bunch of viton O-rings as a shim to keep the damn Toyota seal in place! Did not wanna have to take the dang fuel pump assembly out again under any circumstances since I hate doing it LOL. There is no way the seal will move under high fuel pressure this way :D
Also, DEFINITELY do the fuel siphon mod with this install!
Pics for anyone who needs them:
Don't mind the loose siphon mechanism with the exposed o-ring as I was getting ready to remove it and then snapped this pic.
