I took advantage of this nice weather we are having.... installed my zink plated drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads .I think they really improve on the over all look of the car... The brake rotors and pads I replaced where install last summer so they are like new with minor surface rust . With a good cleaning maybe I can sell them for half what they cost

Thanks @BLACK`98DSM .. You know us car guys love to hear comments like this about our rides. This little Mitsubishi came from Florida in 2011 into Canada . The lady that owned the car always kept the car in the garage and winter stored . I became the owner in 2017 and have done the same. My car buddies where very impressed with the over all condition of the car when it was up on the hoist. You could see minor surface rust on the undercarriage but you could rub it off with a rag. My bud coated the bottom with some special oil treatment .. So Yes... My ride is very well taken care of..

Have you noticed better braking with the pads and new rotors? They look great.....makes the car at least 50kph faster, right??? :thumb:
My 2000 model GS had the crappy little 4 cylinder that couldn't out run a turtle......my oldest son had a V6 model and it ran very well.
Your car is very pretty, love the color!!!

The information that came with my drilled & slotted rotors gave detailed instructions on a break in period . I need to slow down a little before my stop so coming to a complete stop would only take light pressure on the brake pedal . Then after I see a light coating ( greyish blue steel ) then i need to do some hard stopping from 60mph to 10mph and then let off the brakes .. They say not to come to a complete stop when doing this for a number of times ... I have not done this yet Marty so I will need to get back to you about better or not..
P.S So where do you guys want me to send the money I promised for saying nice things about my ride ..

Marty at dsm tuners tuners bahahaha. :p
Those sound like Performance/Semi Performance rotor and pad guides. Follow the guide and you will get the best out of the nice upgrade!!!
I LOVE my PowerStop Z26 Kit.
