I recently bought some used PTE 680CC injectors off a friend that were flow tested and cleaned and installed them, but now my engine won't start up. I've dialed in the settings for the injectors on the fuel tab to no avail. It cranks and sounds like it's about to start every other second or so, but it's no use. Below is a log of me trying to start it, any help would be appreciated.

I looked at it but I'm not really sure how to use it. Do I just add the value of the global deadtime to all the values?

There should be a data sheet that will tell you what the deadline is at different voltages for those injectors. You have to get it as close as you can reasonably. If you do it right you should only need small deadtime adjustments in the fuel tab to get fuel trims in line.

Play with the global until it wants to start.....I do it that way then when it is RUNNING, start dialing it in closer. I am not sure if those injectors have a data sheet like the FIC's do but @dudeX is right on that. I rather enjoy firing up a new set and let my son do my 1120s for practice and the car fired right up, but he has helped me many times before.
He passed the test! :thumb:

I will try to look at your log in a little bit when my work has slowed down.

Just tried screwing around with the settings for a few hours, the engine tried to start up for a half a second longer but it still gives up. I think I'm just gonna stick with my 450s for now, but thanks for the help guys :)

Why is your tps locked at .47V and throttle % not changing first off. Your wideband is showing pig rich. Doing the calculate function your global is off.
