Since were all going to be stuck at home soon. I think I'll put in the 255. And get sum good sounding exhaust noise in this neighborhood.
Theres a cobalt that lives a block away. I wish I had the money for dsmlink, since nobody can get ahold of stacy Blankenship
Man.....that is a sore subject for me. If anyone does get ahold of him, let him know I want my $300 back!!! :nono:
In other news....I talked to my Talon and told her we would go test her WG again and try to get her more boost.

Marty. I actually feel like a giant *ss*ole for supporting him for years like I did, now that hes flaked on the community here.

Anyway back to good news from our members doing stuff to their DSM. Our regularly scheduled program. Lolz

Today I started putting my 2g back together (some info in my build sheet thingy) while doing so, found other things broken that I didn’t want to have to deal with yet. But since I have some time off... we will see where it goes

Made some new parts for the car now im going SD, figured i would redo it all including the intercooler piping and exhaust system

Are both ports on the intake for catch can?

1 is, the other is an idea i wish to trial out. If it dont work it shall be capped and not used

So today..... we’ll technically yesterday but it’s 5:45am and I still haven’t been to sleep... I watched rain fall on my now 2 DSMs. Today I plan on getting my GST back together up to the point of valve cover that is being shipped, and also gutting the Interior of the GS to possibly use some of it for the GST. (For now)

Replaced my center air duct; the black plastic piece that directs the air toward the radiator. My old one was already in pieces. Fairly easy to swap out, except that the old license plat bracket bolts had rusted the corners off. Needed a dremel and vice grips. There was still a small chunk of the bracket hiding down there, but a previous owner seemingly just sawed it off in front of the bolts! Thanks guy....

Done all the piping and even got the exhaust done. Better pics of the exhaust to come since i had the cover on the car and lack of light.
Not much weld to tig weld now really. Done with what i had to make apart from something im working on for the catch can system but still trying to design it and might be a while.

Might go and swap for the mig welder and start some other bits that require mig over tig for ease and speed.

Saturday I put a new Galant alternator on ThunderChild (talon), old one bit the dust before I left last year. Also waiting on a new battery for that as the diehard in it had never held a full charge, and I got tired of arguing with Sears to replace it before they closed. will also be building a billet wheel s16g to replace my 14b. Nothing wrong with the 14b, just wanna move to the next step.

Also started replacing all the brakes on Valiant (laser), the fronts were pretty worn, pulsated some and make a grinding noise. Found out the grinding was from the rears as the caliper slides were rusted. Refurbished them, gonna finish the fronts and exchange the brake fluid tomorrow (today).
Also need to adjust the rear hatch cable tighter, and fix the sun roof hinges/latch, they're all loose.
Power steering pump is leaking too, but not making any noise yet, so I've got a rebuild kit on the way for that and I'll flush the system once I'm done with that.
Hopefully my ecu will be done at ecmlink sometime this coming week so I can start fiddling with the N/A tune.

Engine for Krakatoa (GST) is at the machine shop getting mahle pistons, scat rods, balanced, full head rebuild etc. Billet 20g is being built/balanced by Justin Whitesell, and I have a growing pile of parts in my room for it. Excited to start working in that, still trying to decide if I'll end up AWD swapping it or not.

Went for a fresh air ride in the Bule Auto Talon and took my mom a loaf of bread and a N95 mask so she could get out if needed. :thumb:

Mostly just tinkered with the GST, trying to tame my idle. Found something that made say WTF. A wire, taped off at the end (but bare copper still showing) tapped into one of the O2 sensors. The wire was resting on the trans.

My gst has been on jack stands for months. I'm rebuilding it from the ground up. So far I have swapped all the wiring harnesses from a parts car and I am currently waiting for headstuds to come in....

Installed a ARC-2. Was amazed at the throttle response. Who woulda thought doubling plug gap size would help that much. Now just if the sun would come out. Found some 83% e85 already and can’t wait to turn it up on the new gsc s2. Logged 57lb/min last year at only 28psi and car is ready to make 40psi+. 700hp+ club here i come I hope.

Getting the SRT4 seats ready for install. I picked them up for a great deal. I have refreshed and fit the drivers side into its new home and now on to the passenger side one!
