Anyone got some? I knew stock cams were garbage but I didn't expect to make peak HP at 5300

I find that impossible to believe...
Stock cams. HX35. Dashed line is pump gas, solid is E67ish.
Are you looking for stock turbo with stock cams? What exactly are you looking for to go with the stock cams?
I find that impossible to believe...
Everythings good, every DSM i've driven dies at 5K+ on stock cams, this one is no difference. Cams are the primary effect on where peak HP is unless your turbo is choked either hot or cold side... Besides that go look at what other 68HTA guys are making peak HP at with cams... not a turbo thing
I'm not trying to make any crazy power like most of you guys but my mechanic did recomend upgraded cames, so the powerband doesn't fall of at higher rpms

Get a set of adjustable cam gears and it wont die off up top.
Yeah that is partly true. I was using a T70 and power would still fall on its face by 6000rpm. Until I made my own short runner intake manifold and then it shifted power from 6000rpm to 7200 just by running a short runner intake manifold. If you manipulate the airflow after the turbo it will also change the powerband. The t25 is gona lose steam regardless up top. I have adjustable cam gears and brian crower stage 2 cams now.
Yes. My setup wasnt ideal. Shouldve mentioned my exhaust was the hks 2.25" and stock exhaust manifoldYeah that is partly true. I was using a T70 and power would still fall on its face by 6000rpm.
