I recently retired and am in the mood to clean up the shop and get rid of a lot of stuff I don't need and can't take care of. Amazing how much stuff I HAVE to do now that I am not working! Eventually hope to do fun things like go fishing and get my wife's old Mustang going again. One of the things that needs to be moved out is this 1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. As you can see I joined DSM Tuners back in 2006 when my older son had this 1995 Eagle Talon and I had a black 1990 Eclipse with a bad engine that I replaced and sold. So in an effort to see about finding DSM enthusiasts in the area that might be interested this car I was amazed to find I could still log on.
I have made sure the email in my contact info works and created a profile but ran into problems when trying to load pictures. It seems most of the pictures are too large to load so I did the best I could but would have liked to show it better. Some years ago the engine blew up in the Talon and we had it replaced with a 1G engine we had bought. Honestly it has been so long I don't remember the details. It has sat around and been moved around over the years but finally has spent the last few years in my shop. I have got it running and cleaned it up a bit but I don't feel like I can advertise it as a car for sale as a daily driver. I hope that maybe there is a DSM enthusiast in the area that would be interested in it and could fix it up the way they would like. Sorry this is so long a post. I am also going to try to get this posted in Classifieds if I can get the picture thing figured out, but wanted to be up front on why I have joined again.
