Hi guys,

Lot of snow here.. so i was looking at my last log from past summer. I know i still have thing to do with my tune.
But, can you tell me how close the wb02 and the AFRationEst should be matching? Should they be spot on?
I'm looking at this before tweaking the target AF in DA (too rich at wot).

Overall the car run strong without any issue (beside a low temp idle die, wich i'll be looking a this soon).
This is my first ecmlink experience, i'll take any advice regarding my tune.

Thx!

Ideally, both lines should track as one. However, it's pretty rare to get it perfect through the entire RPM range.

The one in the picture looks pretty good overall, but it could use a little work toward redline where it dips rich. 10:1 target is way too rich, though. You need to adjust your target AFR across the board.

Yes this is the next step, i was wondering if any more adjustment of the global fuel was to be made before changing the target AF.
Thx

What is your intended target AFR? If you're trying to baseline global fuel, you don't want to be a point rich, because you'll just have to go right back and pull all of that fuel out of the DA table.

I'd say you need to lean out global a bit, but whatever you want your target AFR to be will determine that. If your target is 10:1, then you're good. If not, you need to adjust global accordingly.

Right now my Targer AF are a 10.1 (untouched from the evo8 map on link website). So tell me if im wrong, but i was tuning idle/cruise (AFR are fine) then WOT, almost matching the Target.
So now that im close to my target (+- 0.4), i was thinking to try adjusting my global a bit to be more close (close to the target of 10.1). And than, finally change my Target AF for something leaner like 11.0/11.5.

Appreciate the help, thx

Your target AFR should be your ultimate intended AFR. I don't know why you're shooting for 10.0:1 if you intend to lean it out later. Just adjust global now to hit the leaner AFR and be done with it. Otherwise, you're duplicating efforts by having to remove an excess amount of fuel from the DA tables, which wouldn't be necessary if you set global correctly to begin with.
