Post all your updates here instead, where we can all follow the progress at our own speed! No way for anyone to follow your journey if you post all the updates on FB/IG, at least not after the fact. If you update this dedicated thread others can easily navigate through the whole build for many years to come.

Well Iam happy to say that I've got the car started consistently today.
I had to switch up the Coil on plug solution.
The first setup I had, used two j722t igniters to power Chrysler 300m coils but couldn't get the setup to start consistently and when it did run, it had lots of back fire and just idled really bad.

I went with Honda Accord 2005 Coils "k24" and the ebay cnc plate. I was able to find the Dwell times and added them to the haltech elite ecu.
I still needed to get a in-line spark plug tester with the old school plug wire for my timing light to work out the TDC trigger angle.

Came out to be about 91 degrees with my setup and needed to add 360 to that number for sequential ignition fire to work.

Iam looking into the throttle body for the FRH intake manifold at the moment. I'am going to need to revisit the setup because the 1g throttle body doesn't fit when intake manifold is reversed.
Iam looking into a throttle body from a MonteroSport or 8gGalant/4geclipse. If anyone know of another throttle body to use let me know.
Will post up pics when I get that bit sorted.

What is the TB hitting?

The tps sensor is hiting the side of manifold. I flipped it away from the manifold and the tb bolts up but engine doesnt rev like that.

I made a new bracket to hold the throttle cable.
I haven't got a chance to start it up yet and check if it revs.

Kai,

I thought the same thing about the tps. If thats the case I jumped too conclusions and thought the car would not rev because of the wrong reason.
If I start it up and the same thing happens again, I will check the setup in the ecu to determine if something is missing.

Updated pic attached.

Issue was with the type of sensor I was using for the tps.
I had to use the one for a 3g eclipse 8gGalamt, etc....

Working on another mount for the throttle cable and will test it out afterwards

What did you use to plug up the water pump on the back side. On my 4G swapped FC, I welded up a u pipe to point it toward the radiator but never was really happy with it.
