Tony, thats what I have in the stock 90 GSX as a fluid change when I got it. I put 85-140 in the rear dif. My son says it sounds, well doesn't sound at all now, so better. It has a lot of miles, 290k I think. It would be ok coming out of my place if I couldn't put Mitsu fluid in, which is a little more on the pocket, for what you are needing it for. That's just how I would look at it and feel ok about it.
Sorry it took so long for a reply.

awesome. No worries. My ocd took over and I started cleaning the backup tranny. Thanks Marty!!

If you find a place that can put the entire case in a media bin they come out looking like new aluminum. All even finish. Not grey. Bright shiny new looking like it was freshly cast

I was looking at one from harbor freight but never pulled the trigger

I like the methods that arent so abrasive. Soda blasting is good but messy. The place I go just tosses the whole thing in a a bat of media. Like a giant vibratory tumbler

I’ll have to look around to see if anyone provides that service. How much do they charge you? Heard those things are really loud and they need to sit in there for a while. I’ve been putting the brass wire brush on the bench grinder to use. It does make it really messy since I have the garage door closed. Respirator FTW
