I have an update on my build and would like a little more input. what I ended up going with is a 4g64 block 102mm Brian Crower stroker kit. And a 1G head decked out by Buschur. My question is can I go with an Evo 2G intake manifold and port it large enough for the head (if you can?)or should I stick with a 1G eclipse? Or is there a better option for a factory look? Mid to high rpm power.

I would stick with the 1g intake manifold if your after an OE appearance. If you want to get creative, yet stick with an OE look, you could track down a dual-runner cyclone manifold.

If you can or not, yes you "can" use an EVO 1-3 intake on a 1G head but without a spacer, you will have a massive boost leak and actually there is no much point to do that (Don't even try to modify the EVO manifold to fit with a 1G head, you would just waste it). The EVO 1-3 intake is designed for 2G head. If you want a factory look intake manifold besides the stock 1G manifold, then just go with a Galant VR4 cyclone intake and then activate the butterfly valve properly.

You're not going to accomplish anything meaningful by hogging out a manifold meant for a 2g head so it works on a 1g head. I'd avoid that at all costs.

The 1g intake manifold will support plenty of power.

If you really want help, you should probably establish a power goal, and pick a turbo that will get you there. Once those factors are known, you can make an informed decision on the right intake manifold for your build.
