i need to know how to bypass the mfi relay on my 95 eclipse gsx to check and see if its the problem.

also is the mif and fuel pump both on the same relay?

im not sure if its even blown, I just bought my gsx and it wouldnt crank or turnover or anything. I traced that problem back to the starter relay. not it turns over and ive got spark but no fuel. Im wanting to bypass it to see if the relay is bad or if its the fuel pump itself. so with that said does anyone know which pins to cross to bypass the mfi and fuel pump relay? just doing long enough to see if the relay is bad!

Grounding ECU pin 38 with the ignition off should cause ECU pins 12 and 25 to get battery voltage.
Grounding ECU pin 8 with the ignition on should cause the fuel pump to turn on.

so with that being said can i ground the MFI AND FUEL PUMP RELAY to get them working? I have an issue with a 1g cas and a 95 eprom ecu that wont allow my relays to work.

i mean grounding them at the ecu?

the problem is that I installed a 1g cas to a 98gst. I went thru all the procedure with swapping injector pins at ecu and coil pack. So i installed the 98 ecu black box fuel pump and mfi relay builds pressure but not firing. Then i installed a different ecu 95 eprom and the cars runs but no power to mfi and fuel pump relays, the car only ran because there was fuel pressure in rail. Im wondering if i can bypass or rewire the mfi and fuel pump relay?

You could as described above but you shouldn't have to. There is nothing in what you described that should force you to. In other words something else here is broken.
