Hello I noticed in cold weather that my eclipse gst has downpipe at end muffler backend it’s apexi drips black soot when I start the car never happen before thanks

It's just extra carbon deposits that don't properly burn, and build up in the exhaust. When it goes from cold to hot super quick, it condensates and therefore you get carbon coming out of the exhaust

As funny as that sounds, it is incorrect. Most DSMs I've seen will have condensation in the exhaust when they've been sitting overnight as @Alchemy pointed out.
Ok, but it's black because of the carbon. Condensation alone is not black.

Correct.but without condensation, it wouldn't come out of exhaust. The exhaust does not get hot enough to burn carbon deposits. But with water combined with carbon, the force from exhaust pushes out black water

And carbon doesn't "drip out" of your exhaust. All exhausts have carbon in them, that should be expected by anyone. What people would NOT expect is moisture coming out of their exhaust.
???
Why is this still even going? Its black from carbon! It's wet from moisture! Who cares?!
