1996 Eagle Talon Spyder AWD. It started as a rust free, GST from Florida.
It is an awesome summer daily driver and Autox car, with very street-able mods. This car took second place in 2016 DSM shootout AutoX! It isn’t a drag car, but it ran high 12’s on a mild tune.
Engine mods:
ECM Link V3, 880 injectors
Kevlar timing belt
Victory front mount IC with stainless piping
3” exhaust and OEM cat-back.
Big 16G Turbo
ACT 2600 w/steet disc (ran 1.62 60’ at IFO)
4 spyder center diff
Suspension:
JIC Magic (Muller/RRE coilovers)
RM sway bars (front and rear)
Tubular control arms (-3 deg of camber)
Outlander “bigger brakes”
Exterior:
Complete Talon conversion
Re-painted engine bay and entire body.
Custom RX8 leather seats.
B&M shifter
Custom shifter boot and e-break leather boot
I am sure I am forgetting a bunch of stuff! It took me 3 years to do this conversion!
