Ok so omw home from work a distance of 14m I went from smooth running to it literally sounds like ball bearings rattling around and when I last tried starting it hesitated to start and then a loud squeal I have no idea where to start looking I've been told check my rockers and lifters but I've thought if that was the problem there would've been previous issues not just a full dump also read it could be a pulley going or gone out any ideas

It didn't squeal again and it said the file was to large starting to have a real hard time getting it to start afraid I'm doing more damage to keep trying
A loud squealing? From a belt? Or a bearing?

Start by checking all your tensioners, belts, and pulleys. If these are good, report back and let us know. A video of the sound would be pretty helpful too.

Hmmm. Pull the little plastic cover off the top of your timing cover. (held on by a 8mm I think) Check the condition of the timing belt. Also pull on it with your finger to make sure it has proper tension.
Ok took cover off belt is tight and looks brand new I have a video small enough I posted screenshot of new error

At the max line
It should be in between the max and min line. Mine's right in the middle. Be sure not not to overfill next time you change the oil. Good thing it's not low though.

Was your power steering cutting out at all that you noticed? When my power steering pump was going out it was stressing the engine, causing it to stumble at low rpm's. And the tensioner pulley was squealing as well. Check the belt and tensioner. Now that I think of it, my pump made some ratlling noises once it was completely bad. Try removing the belt and then starting the car.

I just turned on the ability to Upload Video - try clicking that button instead of using the Add Photos/Files button. Sorry, I haven't tested it myself yet, so you're the guinea pig.
