Hey everyone so I absolutely f***ed up, looked like a clear spot to drill a hole through the fire wall and now I see a few bunched wires and my car wont start, the harness is under the battery you can see it in the pictures

This exact thing happened to me at the runber boot on the firewall in the evo but with a razor blade, cut 3 wires ended up soldering em back and all is good. Have to remove a lot of crap like intake manifold and half the interior... or get new harness but youll still have to remove all that to reinstall. Most likely the fuze box/ecu harness.

for a DSM best place to go through is the steering column boot

I have another harness so its not the biggest deal ever, the bit chewed threw every wire so it would be a really big pain in the ass to fix as well, I'd rather just re run the harness so I know how everything is ran, I'm struggling to find a write up on how to pull the harness out though, I seen that you have to pull the dash out so that's all done but I'm trying to find a step by step so i dont mess anything up

I have taken the dash out a few times, it’s tricky but not impossible, just make sure you take your time and are gentile with the plastics. They are brittle around the radio area. There are writeups on here I dont have the link off hand but try searching for it, if I come across it I’ll repost it here.

if it’s a race car while you are in there gut the ducting and such if you removed AC and heater core LOL you can shed a good 10-15lbs in there

Dash is out, harness is all unhooked but how do I get the damn thing through the firewall without breaking shit?
