Since our first (non bolt-on) turbo swap, we've been salvaging OEM Holset drain lines to make a true 3/4" drain line. And while AN fittings and lines work, we’ve always preferred a simple clamped hose with fittings that are much closer to an actual 3/4″ ID than a comparable AN fitting. Not being able to find many options out there, we sent some flange files to be cut and made a mini bead roller in order to make our own.

The turbo fitting has been slightly angled towards the pan fitting, giving it a more direct route while also allowing it to better clear the 1g front motor mount bracket for most standard placement/bottom mount turbo combinations- especially for turbos with longer center section lengths such as Borg Warner, Holset, and PTE.

The DSM oil pan can be enlarged (off the car) to 3/4″ and it is recommended to do so in order to get the full benefit of the larger drain, along with the gasket itself. We haven't yet found a way to get the correct size gaskets in bulk for it to make sense price wise, so gaskets are not included.
It does include all stainless hardware and clamps, and some really slick self sealing allen bolts for the pan with a built in o-ring under the head.

We hope this makes things go as smoothly for you as it did for us!
