Car was running ok.. went and changed the thottle bodie gaskets and by accident i put the one on the wrong way and i started the car the idle srarted surging. So i looked under hood heard the hissing from the TB gasket i put on wrong.. so i corrected the gasket and no more leak but i still have the surging idle.. Can you mess anything else up if to much air gets in there? Im starting to think it somehow messed the TPS up.

No. But you probably inadvertently fixed a leak and now your idle needs readjustment. So do that.

The car wants to see .63 at idle so I'd start there. Fixing the seals is also probably going to affect your BISS screw adjustment.

The factory manual says .48-.52v. ECMlink wants it at .63v.

There are many places air could be leaking though I would at least try to adjust the BISS first. With how old these cars are seals start to get hard and could start to leak. Injector insulators, BISS o-ring, vacuum lines, gaskets, shaft seals, ISC o-ring, FIAV housing o-ring. If adjusting the BISS doesnt work start checking for cracks or hard seals.
