Hello has anyone had issues recently with frontline fab? I ordered a part over a month ago and all it says is processed. I tried contacting them through email and nothing. I call the number on the website and goes to voicemail. if anyone has any info on how i can get in touch lmk.

Double check your order number status on Frontline Fabrications website. It likely says "processing", rather than "processed". If he has your order done and shipped out to you, the status will change from "processing" to "completed", not "processed". You should also get a tracking number sent to your email from him. I ordered a set of billet rear diff bearing caps on Aug. 22nd that he already had in stock and my order is still processing. I haven't reached out to him about it yet, and I have no worries because I have ordered a lot from him. But if you feel the need, your best bet is to use Facebook's instant messenger and send a message to Frontline Fabrications facebook account.

Wait. Your other post was closed down so what it in the wrong place i assume?

Anyway he tends to reply faster and better on fb. Always gets back to me in a quick manner on there. For anything from orders to questions

Not saying the parts or service is bad, but it really irritates me that alot of vendors/sellers are only using FB for their communication. People like me don't use social media, and email is just as readily available, more secure and personalized as anything else, as well as being around well before SM. I don't see why emails can't be responded to just as easily.
This actually prevents or deters me from buying certain things. If I don't have clear communication from the vendor, I'm not inclined to buy, frankly.

Rant over.

Hopefully they contact you soon @181161

I was in the same boat as you,
I had to setup a fb to get in contact with him and ended up opening a paypal dispute with him.
I got the product months after I ordered.
I actually got the same item from FFWD before Frontline and it was ordered after I payed Frontline.

Good luck, It will more then likely eventually arrive.

:toobad: :notgood:

Not surprised. I've had one experience with FF, and it was bad enough to ensure there won't be a second one. There's only one other company in this industry that screwed me over worse (one of the darlings in the DSM/4G63 world that everyone knows and loves). Oh well, you live and you learn.

Hope you get your parts, or at least a refund. Don't go past the cut off date for a Paypal claim if that's how you paid.

I hear that. I work in infosec as a senior specialist and the extraordinardily bad crap that comes with being on social media has kept me away from it throughout my entire career. It just doesnt serve any positive purpose that can outweigh the immense negative attributes. Knowing what I know scared me off for good.
