@99gst_racer has that positioner dialed in so good! I was trying to play with mine yesterday and spent half the day chasing my tail. To sub par results on autogenous thinwall. But heres the most recent manifold! TD05 internal gate bottom mount! And an evo stock replacement twinscroll Which have become pretty popular!

Almost forgot about this piece.. when I first got the Mighty Ma....Ram 50, the previous owner just had a rotted bungee cord to hold the battery down... So between work orders I made a proper hold down. Could probably roll the truck 15 times and this thing isn't going anywhere!

Speaking of mighty maxes, this is probably the last thing I welded. I hardly ever get to do it anymore. After years of not having an air filter on the truck, it's got one. Not exactly cold air, but options were limited. :D

You got that dialed
Thanks man. This was my first time welding this diameter (1.625") so I pretty much had to guess on heat and speed settings. Also this tube has two bends in it so that complicated things as well. Haha

That was done by hand? I would have sworn it was on an autorotate rig with a welder bot.
I can't even draw a straight line that accurately or consistently. Pure porn.

flat position (like on a table top), like 1G position (vertical weld) , with the pipe horizontal, or do you welt it up right with the pipe vertical. (2G position horizontal weld)
Ohh, gotcha. Yes, always flat position on tubing ends.

Heres some recent stuff over here!
