That depends on how bad they are rusted. If it's not terrible then you should just be able to wire brush the rust off so a wrench can fit. It that won't work then tighten the hell out of your vise grips to grab them and twist them off. Maybe use some penetrating fluid if they are stuck.

Just got done putting mine back on. Use a 6 point socket!!!

Marty is correct, 10mm, 6 point socket. Be ready for them to snap off. If they're really rusty, spray some pb blaster or other penetrant on there a day or two before you need to take them off.

For replacements, hardware store bolts with some washers would be cheapest, but idk about OEM level with the giant shoulder flare on them, or the anti-crush section.

Thanks for the advice. I managed to remove a couple of bolts by moving repeatedly, turning back and forth. Before I remove the rest, I want to make sure that I have replacements. The bolts look special, with head washer and a collar that I guess is there to space the facia plastic and prevent from crushing it. Where can I get those bolts. If not, and I get common bolts, what is the spec that I need and are they metric.
